RETURN POLICY

If your item is faulty/damaged, wrong product sent or at the time of conveyance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us immediately. Your item might be considered for discount, refund or substitution relying upon the item’s condition. It’s a rare case for Eshopiko where customers didn’t get their products as expected. But sometimes we may fail to fulfill your expectations, sometimes situations aren’t on our side. But there is now an issue of trust between customers and Eshopiko. So, to ensure and encourage this trust, Eshopiko brings you the option to return the products you got (If the product is damaged or wrong). In that case Eshopiko will give you fresh products in return as you expected.

For any reason if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your order meets the following criteria:-

(1) After receiving the products, if any customer wants to return the products for any valid reason then the customer has to make a return request within 03 Days from the delivery date.

(Note: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind that won’t be accepted).

(2) We do not accept returns for any used items.

(3) Please check the product in front of the delivery man for any physical damage claim.

(4) Please must capture an unboxing video before unboxing your product for future claims.

(5) Warranty claim policy as per company rules.

(6) If any customer doesn’t keep any unboxing video, receiving invoice or unable to provide proper documentation or any valid proof of damages, faulty or mistaken product that order will be out of our return policy.

(7) After receiving a product in fresh condition if any product is damaged by fire, water or broken by the customer while using or for any other reason related as mentioned above then eshopiko will not be liable/responsible for that. For any customer’s fault eshopiko won’t pay for that.

These kinds of issues will not be considered in our return policy.

(8) For Fashion, Phones & Accessories, Computer & Accessories, Home Living, Home Appliances & Electronics all items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

(9) If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.

How to return:

Call Eshopiko Customer Care, inbox us  or email us  within 03 days after receiving your order.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.

REFUND POLICY

If any order is canceled due to stock, price, shipping, incomplete upon delivery or for any other valid reason, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 48 hours to 7 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases that are related with other payment gateways, government authorities or any.

For any reason if you are unsatisfied with your order & want a refund, the refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating  your return. But  you may return it as long as your order meets the following criteria:

(1) Refund/ replacement for products are subject to inspection and checking by Eshopiko.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Please note that the Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges (if there isn’t any fault of Eshopiko).

(2) For payments made using Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer methods, you will receive a refund in your respective.

(3) If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.

You will receive a refund anytime between 2-7 working days. If you don’t receive a refund within this time, please contact us.

(4) The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

(5) Please note that customers should keep and be able to provide proper documentation and proof about their refund claim (like– verification code, mobile number, receiving invoice, etc.)
